Foodride is a fictional urban food delivery service, modeled on the likes of Foodora, Deliveroo, etc. used to teach product backlog prioritization in Certified Scrum Product Owner training by Zilverline.
You can use it to exercise with Gilb’s value requirements in a Scrum setting. The material consists of two versions of the same backlog: one with and one without quantified stakeholder values.
The central idea is that without quantifying stakeholder values and goals, and progress towards them, any backlog prioritization is likely just opinion. Usually the hippo: the highest paid person’s opinion.
It was created by Bas van der Hoek and Marco Mulder.
